Location Services

If you choose, your location is obtained from the mobile device or the network using your device’s GPS functionality, or directly from you.

We use your location information to

• Search for information you request – including vendor searches
• Identify the location of an accident you are reporting

Your location information is stored on Retyrn’s servers and retained by Retyrn until you delete the application from your device. When we execute such searches on your behalf, we do not transfer your identity or personally identifiable information to third parties, other than with service providers necessary to help perform this function. This information is not used to create a profile about you or your activities.To prevent Retyrn from using your current location, you can disable the GPS functionality on your mobile device or choose not to submit current location when prompted.

Collection and Use

We collect the following personal information:

• Contact Information such as your name and email address
• Login Information
• Information about your mobile device such as your mobile device id (like a website IP address), device type, and mobile service carrier
• Information captured from your mobile device’s camera sensor and/or microphone sensor.
• Location Information such as your current longitude and latitude coordinates
• We also enable you to store information about other drivers and witnesses
• Contact information such as name, and phone number
• Driver information such as driver’s license number, insurance policy information, and vehicle information such as license plate number, etc.

We only use this information to:

• Fulfill a transaction you requested or service your claim
• Prevent Fraud
• To provide customer support
